Being a third-generation contractor and having firsthand experience on a wide range of property restoration / disaster restoration projects, Geoff has successfully remediated homes, treated them after grow ops & meth labs discovery, trauma events, and abated toxic sites. He has built, renovated and has restored various homes in the greater Toronto area. With over 40 years of personal experience in home and commercial building inspection in North America, Geoff is able to offer best-in-class services to home owners, home sellers, home buyers and real estate professionals.
Geoff has inspected thousands of homes for property insurance community, and in was dispatched to wild fire losses in Slave Lake, and Fort McMurray, flood events in Toronto, Windsor and Eastern Canada and other disasters. Experiences like these have given Geoff a comprehensive look into home inspection and has allowed him a unique perspective into the personal side of home ownership. It emphasized the importance of compassion in traumatic and life-changing experiences.
